The Wig & Hair Source not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
You may return item(s) that has been purchased within seven days. However, before you do, you will need to contact us first. The returned item must be in its original form as when it was initially shipped to you. If the item is proven to be not in an accepted form, we will not return payments nor honor an exchange. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, whether sending the item back to us or if you request us to send the item back to you because we did not accept it.
